Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated addresses in the Austin metropolitan area.
- Practice safe driving habits and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inspect your vehicle daily to ensure it is clean and in good working condition.
- Log delivery details accurately using our mobile app.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Maintain the professional appearance of the delivery vehicle and uniform.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable, insured personal vehicle (pickup trucks or cargo vans preferred).
- Basic smartphone proficiency to use our delivery management application.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong sense of responsibility and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
