Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial clients across the Los Angeles area.
- Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and ensure all equipment is in working order.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and punctual during every interaction.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and minimize fuel consumption.
- Verify and record delivery information, including names, addresses, and signatures, using handheld devices.
- Handle package handling with care to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition (or ability to provide company vehicle).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze) and handheld delivery devices.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
