Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages, retail goods, and medical supplies across Indianapolis metro area
- Maintain pristine vehicle appearance and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely deliveries and clear communication
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure maximum efficiency
- Accurately process payments and maintain delivery documentation
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse operations during peak hours when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis streets and navigation apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and friendly communication style
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
