Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Efficiently navigate Washington DC metropolitan routes using GPS technology
- Load, unload, and verify package integrity at multiple delivery points daily
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication records
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide outstanding customer service during all client interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid DC driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations within 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent training
