Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a delivery vehicle safely and legally, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
- Use handheld devices for route planning and customer notifications.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle payments or signatures as required.
- Inspect vehicles daily for any mechanical issues or damage.
- Submit accurate daily logs and delivery reports.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone for communication and navigation apps.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of local geography in Charlotte and Georgia.
