Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and handling delivery inquiries.
- Load and unload cargo from the vehicle, ensuring items are handled with care and placed securely.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety standards.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself and the public.
- Update delivery status using company apps or handheld devices accurately and in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) required.
- No prior driving experience required – We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Basic computer literacy for handling digital paperwork.
