Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses safely and on time.
- Verify delivery details and ensure customer satisfaction with every stop.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Use delivery apps (such as Uber, DoorDash, or our internal logistics platform) to track orders and update status.
- Obey all local traffic laws, parking regulations, and delivery zone restrictions.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately, managing receipts and tips.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License (State of New York).
- Pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
- Current auto insurance and vehicle registration.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Basic knowledge of the New York City area or willingness to learn.
