Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the New York City area.
- Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after shifts.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any delivery issues with courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable using a handheld device for navigation and delivery updates.
- Basic math skills for cash handling if required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
