Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and deliver packages to designated addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Obey traffic laws and follow established safety and routing procedures at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and handle complaints with empathy.
- Inspect vehicle before and after each shift to ensure cleanliness and proper mechanical function.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle damage immediately to management.
- Update delivery status accurately through mobile apps or logs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of map reading and GPS navigation.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with the public.
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to a delivery vehicle (if required).
- Must be available for immediate start.
