As a Delivery Driver with Metro Express Logistics, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive their packages safely and on time. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations in the Minneapolis area.
- Load and unload packages efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling deliveries with care and professionalism.
- Verify delivery contents and obtain signatures where necessary.
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals.
- Report any vehicle issues or safety concerns to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and navigation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
