Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Indianapolis area.
- Obtain proper signatures and ensure customer satisfaction at every delivery.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and adhere to company appearance standards.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to log proof of delivery and update tracking information.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
