Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Ensuring the accuracy of delivery orders and obtaining signatures when required.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Adhering to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License.
- Clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or cargo van).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for navigation and digital signatures.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
