Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate delivery of food, retail, and essential items to customers across Tulsa
- Verify order details and maintain pristine product quality during transit
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions and issue resolution
- Efficiently navigate Tulsa routes using GPS technology to optimize delivery times
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Manage cashless payments and digital transactions accurately
- Communicate delivery status updates to customers and dispatch team
- Maintain clean vehicles and adhere to all safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned depot
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for order verification and payments
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
