Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to customers across Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer payments/transactions
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse locations
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to operate various vehicle types (van, box truck, standard sedan)
- Strong knowledge of Miami geography and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
