Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages and merchandise to residential and commercial customers.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment (dollies, hand trucks).
- Obtain signatures and verify delivery accuracy for all packages.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every stop.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Update delivery status through the company's mobile app.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class C or higher) required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and smartphone proficiency for navigation.
- Clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
