Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or goods to designated locations within Colorado Springs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery-related issues professionally
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management as needed
- Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain clean driving record
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company-provided vehicle
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
