Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated drop-off locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using hand tools or forklifts as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery times, routes, and cargo status.
- Ensure the vehicle remains clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or valid state driver's license.
- A clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery information.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable personal vehicle if driving a non-commercial truck.
