Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated customer locations in the Houston metropolitan area.
- Utilize mobile applications for real-time navigation, route optimization, and digital proof of delivery.
- Ensure the safe loading, unloading, and handling of packages, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Submit accurate paperwork and expense reports through our secure online portal.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver’s License (Class C or Commercial Class B preferred).
- Must possess a clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (if not provided) or ability to operate company fleet vehicles.
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iOS) capable of running logistics apps.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
