Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to residential and commercial customers in the Tampa area.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all items are handled with care and placed in the correct location.
- Verify delivery contents against manifests and obtain signatures from recipients.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during every stop.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Complete daily logs and paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic knowledge of the Tampa, FL road network.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 70 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if required.
