Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in all weather conditions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
- Utilize mobile applications to navigate routes, track inventory, and update delivery status in real-time.
- Interact professionally with customers to resolve delivery issues and ensure a positive unboxing experience.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks and pallet jacks, maintaining proper weight distribution.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for route management apps.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
