Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and commercial addresses throughout Los Angeles.
- Utilize a delivery app on a smartphone or tablet to navigate routes and manage delivery status.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle before and after each shift to ensure cleanliness and mechanical safety.
- Handle package handling with care, ensuring no damage occurs during transit.
- Report any delivery exceptions or route issues to the dispatch team immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- A valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery (sedan, SUV, or van).
- Basic smartphone proficiency to operate navigation and delivery apps.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing between 20 and 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
