Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages and cargo to designated addresses in El Paso and surrounding areas.
- Verify delivery contents and ensure accurate signatures upon completion of each route.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and responsive to client needs.
- Navigate using GPS and mapping tools to ensure timely arrivals and optimal route planning.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and DOT regulations.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately for drop-offs where applicable.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for logging deliveries.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
