Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Baltimore metro area.
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring satisfaction with every delivery.
- Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is clean and in good working condition.
- Log delivery statuses accurately using mobile applications and handheld devices.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Handle package handling with care to ensure items arrive undamaged.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle with valid insurance and registration.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
