Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated destinations within the Austin metropolitan area.
- Load and unload merchandise using hand trucks, dollies, and other equipment.
- Ensure the accuracy of all delivery documentation and maintain daily logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery interaction, handling inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of GPS navigation and route planning software.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a commercial vehicle.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle for vehicle inspections.
