About the Role:
As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive their packages safely and on time. You will be responsible for navigating delivery routes efficiently and providing top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing items.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic or physical signatures upon completion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Resolve delivery issues professionally and communicate with dispatch regarding delays or route changes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and electronic logging.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
