Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to assigned routes and locations in El Paso and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload packages, verifying counts and ensuring accuracy before and after transit.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and resolving delivery issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Use handheld devices for route planning, scanning packages, and logging deliveries.
- Handle cash or digital transactions for COD deliveries when applicable.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
