Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to customers across the Dallas metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile tracking system
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and address inquiries promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel costs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and customer concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking app usage
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
