Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Verify delivery contents and obtain customer signatures where required.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Log delivery information accurately into the handheld device.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Assist in loading and unloading packages from the delivery van.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with basic technology (smartphones, GPS, handheld scanners).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
