Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Pick up and drop off packages at designated locations, ensuring accurate tracking and signatures.
- Inspect vehicles daily for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital paperwork using company-provided mobile apps.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure accident-free driving.
- Load and unload cargo carefully to prevent damage to packages.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or van) with current insurance and registration.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigating routes and logging deliveries.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings if required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
