Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload cargo onto delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Navigate planned routes efficiently using GPS systems to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer questions, and resolve delivery issues courteously.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting any maintenance needs.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use a handheld device for navigation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
