Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout the NYC metro area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle.
- Utilize handheld scanners and GPS technology to update delivery status in real-time.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve delivery issues on the spot.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collect payments or process returns as necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong navigation skills with proficiency in using mobile maps and GPS apps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
