Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and safe manner.
- Obtain and verify signatures, receipts, and other documentation upon delivery.
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the vehicle is kept clean and organized.
- Utilize handheld devices to manage delivery schedules and navigation efficiently.
- Practice safe driving habits at all times to ensure the safety of the driver, passengers, and cargo.
- Interact professionally with customers to resolve any delivery issues or inquiries.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities for route management.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
