Your Mission
Your primary goal is to deliver packages safely and on time while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport goods to designated residential and commercial locations.
- Verify delivery contents and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle at all times.
- Practice exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Utilize handheld devices to log stops, scans, and delivery statuses accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency for using delivery management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate unfamiliar areas.
- Reliable personal vehicle (if using own) or willingness to drive company fleet.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
