Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Load and unload merchandise from the van, ensuring items are secure and undamaged.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain digital or physical signatures upon successful drop-off.
- Collect payments for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders and reconcile daily deposits accurately.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and maintained according to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and residents during every stop.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and handheld devices to optimize delivery routes.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Proficiency with smartphones or tablets for navigation and data entry.
- Strong time management skills and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the depot.
