As a CDL Driver, you will be the face of our logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and vans safely and efficiently on local routes in the Kansas City area.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to weight limits and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required by DOT regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at each delivery stop.
- Uphold a clean driving record and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Must possess a clean driving abstract (no major violations in the last 3-5 years).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of local Kansas City roads and traffic patterns.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
