Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures where required.
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the vehicle are kept clean and organized at all times.
- Use handheld devices to track deliveries and update status in real-time.
- Interact with customers with a friendly, helpful attitude and resolve any delivery issues.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Access to a reliable smartphone with a data plan.
- Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of the Miami, FL road network and traffic patterns.
- Basic computer literacy for using delivery management software.
