Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Obtain and verify signatures for all deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the delivery vehicle are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and route planning guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers via radio or mobile device.
- Handle package handling with care to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for GPS navigation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
