Responsibilities
- Deliver Packages: Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial destinations in the Las Vegas area.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience and handling any issues with care.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Route Planning: Utilize GPS navigation and route optimization tools to plan the most efficient delivery paths.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of delivery times, signatures, and vehicle mileage.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Vehicle Access: Reliable personal vehicle or access to a delivery vehicle (company vehicle provided for some positions).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning/late night shifts as required.
