Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using GPS navigation
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain clean, well-maintained delivery vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Accurately document deliveries, update tracking systems, and maintain delivery logs
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery procedures
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and warehouse organization as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent commercial driving
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate Tampa efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and professional customer service demeanor
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking and communication apps
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
