Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food orders to customers across Seattle
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and punctuality
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Manage cashless payments and digital order systems
- Assist with warehouse duties when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record
- Reliable personal vehicle (car, van, or scooter) with valid insurance
- Smartphone with GPS and data capability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No prior delivery experience required – training provided
