Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and food orders to customers within designated San Francisco routes using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via mobile app
- Safely operate vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management at warehouse
- Resolve delivery issues with professionalism and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency and on-time delivery rates
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to navigate complex San Francisco streets and manage time-sensitive deliveries
- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle delivery challenges diplomatically
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication tools
- Reliable transportation to and from warehouse location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
