Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders across San Francisco
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation software to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in customer service roles
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco streets and neighborhoods
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
