Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential/commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading of merchandise securely
- Report maintenance issues and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metro area
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
