Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail orders to Manhattan addresses
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maintain timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions at drop-offs
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles and adhere to safety protocols
- Track deliveries through our digital platform and update customers in real-time
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (commercial or personal)
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Manhattan streets and boroughs
