- Efficiently transport packages and food deliveries across NYC boroughs using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route optimization using GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Inspect vehicles daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to navigate NYC streets efficiently using GPS systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina for lifting packages up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
