Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in Minneapolis and surrounding areas safely and on time.
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior, including the cab and cargo area.
- Utilize handheld technology to update delivery status and communicate effectively with dispatch.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or Class C with a clean driving record for local delivery.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
