Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries to designated locations using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading of deliveries as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro area streets
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation apps
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
