Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Mesa/AZ routes efficiently
- Load, unload, and verify package accuracy at each delivery point
- Maintain clean, well-organized vehicles and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Complete delivery paperwork and update tracking systems in real-time
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid AZ driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling (if applicable)
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company vehicle
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
