Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and goods to customers across Los Angeles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and GPS tracking for route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication and problem-solving
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and customer inquiries
- Manage cash transactions and digital payment processing accurately
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years preferred)
- Reliable personal vehicle (or ability to use company vehicle if provided)
- Smartphone with GPS capability and reliable internet access
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs with deliveries
- Strong time management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
