Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and supplies across Jacksonville using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking for real-time route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse duties when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal smartphone with GPS capability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Basic familiarity with Jacksonville neighborhoods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
